I don't know why but we've had more flats since moving here than I did in my whole lifetime up north and I'm getting older than dirt. I think were up to 5 flats on the MDX alone...
Having driven down there a bit for work I can say the roads are pretty crappy, especially in downtown, but they’re no worse than anywhere up north that sees freeze-thaw-freeze mixed in with gouges from plows. That’s really befuddling.

+1. The idea of hating the car after so much anticipation was really disheartening.

I’ve used Fix-a-Flat twice with success in my old Mazda. Just make sure you warn the tire shop you used it before they dismantle or they’ll curse your name and probably scratch your car/wheels, and ask you never to return. I keep a can in the trunk caddy because the donut won’t clear the front 135i calipers

Jesus Christ that looks like Baghdad on the morning of March 21st, 2003. No wonder you have 17” wheels!

Fortunately I wasn’t driving the zhp then since it was the middle of winter. Unfortunately the Chevy Cruze I drive in winter has 18” wheels. I got to ride with a colleague who had a full size pick up truck on the same road and it made me realize why so many people buy trucks.

Kristen didn't use it. She was just leaving work when it happened so she was able to make it back. They put it on the lift and the puncture was on the side of the tread and unrepairable

Hmm, I thought the roads are pretty good around Charleston compared to southeast PA and south Jersey where I grew up and spent most of my life...

I know! We were super bummed... And I was kinds pissed about it because I didn't really want her to sell the 135 and have a car payment. The 135 was pretty much perfect...

That goo has been standard on all M3s since the E46 days.

None of the M3s have spare tires so they get goop since M cars don't have run flats.

I'm bombing your thread with the wifey's M2 cause they are awesome.

I need to look into the ASD harness and if coding can fix the issue too. I might end up just coding it out if it sounds feasible. Do you know what the errors you mentioned were when it was coded off? I can't seem to find any information about that.

Yep your wife's M2 looks awesome! I love the wide body look of the M2 at certain angles. You just need to get rid of those rear reflectors

Here's some info for you: This is what I used to code: http://bimmercodeapp.com/ and I got the Veepeak OBDII blue tooth adapter listed on the Bimmercode site, from Amazon.

Thanks man!! I really like the interface of bimmer code. I wish they had it for the exx cars. Either way, I do have Esys on my laptop that can do more than Bimmercode. Ive played with Bimmercode and it's pretty dope. I like there is an expert mode to mimic Esys. I'll definitely have to look into it more.

Oddly the rear reflectors don't bother me as much as the front orange ones. Either way we will work on that eventually. We only added black kidneys and side gills so far.

IND has a complete set with painted reflectors for the front and black honeycomb for the back. They are pricey but really good quality. We really like the look of the black honeycomb in the back. We haven't done the front yet...
