    Cluster/ body module coding

    Hi Guys,

need a little help, for my S54 conversion i have the M3 cluster but it came from a english car.

1st i need to change the miles to km.
2nd when i open my left door (drivers)the right door opens on the cluster. so need to change the dominant door i think.

And i need to code my M3 chassis number into my body module.
Also uncode the front fog lights because i have ducts to replace them.

Basically the car will have one chassis and all the electronics will have the M3 number.

I have NCS and the INPA cable but i'm not ok doing it myself, can someone give me some pointers .

    Thanks John

You will need ncs expert to do this and NCS dummy can help decipher the German.

you need to code the Cluster aka the KOMBI/KMB

look on the sticker of your cluster... mine says 24H.. yours may say 23 or 22.. thats your coding index label. thats how you know which KMB C.XX you have. mine is C.24 but yours may be C.23 or C.22

you need to use NCS Expert to pull the file down.... make the changes either in NCS Dummy or notepad. the file is downloaded as a *.TRC file and you change it to a *.MAN file and reflash it with NCS Expert.

These are the things you need to change
