I got my zhp back from the shop, no more oil leaks! I need front and rear brakes/rotors, but otherwise they said it was in good shape.
I ordered the “oem” set from FCP since I plan to keep the vehicle for a long while. They should be in Monday.
I don’t like the amber on these lights so I ordered the euro rcr set from tuner motorsport, I’m excited to swap those out. I won’t really drive it until I have the brakes replaced. Here she is sitting outside the shop.

    $1200?! Wow. That’s expensive labor.
They recommended to also replace the valve cover instead of just the gasket, that part was $460.

Might want to check bimmershops.com or Angie’s list for an alternative. I also used YourMechanic.com for my starter. The guy came to my house!

Thank you, actually the shop is www.bimmerdoc.com
There’s a forum member on here known as “Hermes” that works there, which I guess is why I blindly just go with their recommendation.
I’m confident that they know what they’re doing. However, input from you guys is appreciated and definitely open to listening to advice on here.
