    Nope. The fronts use a rubber accordion style boot.

    Was in a DIY mood, did some simple things.
    Got a new fuel pump installed (Bosch unit)

    Found this little nasty thing under my seat cushions

    Found this weird connector, might be after market ??


    Old pump ready to be removed

    New pump going in

    All done

    I have a new fuel filter on the way

    Got some M door sills from a forum member parting out his wrecked zhp. They are in ok/good condition.

    Thank you, I’ve found plenty of useful information on this board.
    Today I replaced the fuel filter, swapped out the brittle vent hose with a matching vacuum line.
    Here’s the old filter:

    And the new one installed :


    Ever since I got my zhp I’ve completely ignored my M5, I feel bad about that. Maybe I should give this one a break and pay more attention to the beast.

    I was finally able to replace my struts after waiting for the new red Koni FSDs to become available.
    I like the red !
    thank you to tirerack for having them available.


    New Lemforder sway bar end links

    Left one was torn


    A little smashy smashy to wake me up.

    But the show must go on

    I went with oem tops/dust boot/pad etc


    Install time
    The necessary reinforcement plate
    Nice and tidy
    Next up I’d like to do rear trailing arm bushings/ball joint and front control arms/bushing.
