    Enabling SSL on the forum?

Anyway you plan to enable SSL on the forums?

LetsEncrypt offers free certificates (catch is the require 90days renewal but should be fairly simple with CertBot)

It's not the car you drive, it's how you drive it.

Pictures helps? With Chrome and other browsers now suggesting "NOT SECURE" on HTTP websites, its probably a good thing to move to SSL

You maybe able to ask them how to setup letsencrypt for you? Who actually manages the webserver itself?

Google Chrome version 68 is going to mark HTTP as unsecure and warn users now.
