    2000 AlpinWeiss E46 Touring 323iT S54 6MT

    Car is located in Atlanta GA

    Price - Asking 14,500 with wheels and 13,500 without


    Selling a 2000 AlpinWeiss E46 Touring 323iT that started out as an automatic 323i.

    Details of the car and swap are below along with everything that has been completed.

    2000 323iT Touring (Originally Automatic) Chassis 215k miles
    VIN - WBAAR3346YJM01890 (Clean Carfax all southern car no rust no accidents)
    2003 S54 originally from SMG car with 140k miles
    6 Speed manual transmission 140k miles
    Interior Color Sand Beige


    S54 Complete Swap
    E46 M3 Front and rear subframes including front and rear control arms and rear trailing arms. All bushings are stock and in good condition with no rips or tears/leaks. Rear Trailing arm bushings have Poly RTAB limiters installed.
    Rear subframe has been inspected and was free and clear of cracks or tears but no reinforcement has been completed. Just dropped non M subframe, inspect chassis for cracks and install m3 subframe and suspension.
    All factory options operate including ABS, DSC and Cruise Control


    • MSS54 DME currently coded with EWS delete, SAP delete and 8000 RPM redline and as Manual Transmission
    • Mk20 DSC Module coded as Manual Transmission
    • KMB/Cluster coded as Manual and coded with Manual Transmission Shift lights
    • LCM module version 3.01, updated from the older Version 1 LCM


    • New cooling system
    • Water pump
    • Upper & lower hoses
    • M3 Radiator
    • Expansion tank
    • Thermostat
    • Mechanical Fan Clutch delete
    • AC charged tested and holds vacuum
    • ZHP 40 amp main electric fan (replaced mechanical and aux fan from m3 with 1 unit)


    • Liqui Moly 10w60 with OEM Filter in Engine
    • WPC coated OEM Standard rod bearing job completed
    • Belts - Main serpentine and Ac belt
    • Alternator
    • M3 steering rack
    • Exhaust Vanos hub with new upper Chain guide
    • Rear main seal with new engine plate
    • Oil Filter Housing Gasket
    • Oil pan gasket
    • Valve cover gasket
    • Spark plugs
    • CPV and O ring
    • Throttle actuator
    • Air filter


    • Center support bearing
    • Stock engine mounts, transmission mounts
    • Stock sachs m3 clutch and pressure plate, throw out bearing, clutch fork, spring, input shaft seal, guide tube
    • Clutch Master and Slave cylinder
    • ECS Tuning Stainless Steel Clutch Line and CDV Delete
    • Guibo front and rear
    • ZHP muffler with stock s54 exhaust
    • M3 3.62 lsd
    • M3 brakes with Pads


    • Beige M3 seats with bolster lumbar control
    • E46 M3 3 spoke steering wheel with Airbag
    • M3 instrument cluster coded with corrected mileage (modified from 140k to 215k). Chassis 215k, s54 had 140k originally from SMG car
    • Cluster has OEM shift lights enabled using the factory warm up lights.
    • MK20 DSC system with Steering angle sensor in Wagon has been synced and calibrated to e46 M3 Cluster and DME so DSC system operates as expected.
    • E90 M3 wheels
    • Coilovers (BR Coilovers Dampers Springs Lowering Kit nothing special but they work and lower/raise)
    • ZHP shift knob
    • Factory Xenon
    • Factory HK Sound system with Business CD
    • Sport black trim outside
    • 4 new window regulators and 2 replaced window motors.

    GLWS. Another masterpiece.

    Are those L-seat covers? What color did you go with and how close is it to the oem sand beige?

    yes Lseat again.

    they are close but not a perfect match. the LSeat covers are a tad darker and have less magenta color in them but the rest of the interior is also older and more faded as well.

    id take these over the old comfort seats anyways and i would definitely take these over a set of sand beige sport seats since with these you get bolster and lumbar support.
