    FS: 2005 BMW 325i ZSP 5MT, silvergray/black leatherette, 115K miles, $7.5K

    VIN: WBAEV33485KL64022
    Year:2005
    Make: BMW
Model: 325i ZSP (that’s the sports package, 1" lowered, 17 inch rims, 3-spokes steering wheel, sports seat and suspension, I believe it uses the same springs as the ZHP, but alas, only has ~ 190 HP)
    Price: $7000
    Mileage: 115k
    Transmission type: 5MT
    Sedan
    Silvergray/ black leatherette

I bought it from a dealer in TN 8 years ago at 60K miles and took pretty good care of it. I have records for the past 8 years, did all the BMW recalls including subframe check, airbags and rear tail lights, and did oil change regularly (5K, synthetic). Car is totally stock normal and chassis is nice and tight. See here for its life story while in my hands.

Parts: brakes (Zimmerman/ Akebono front; Texar back, 2018), fresh oil (car does not leak, I usually add 1/4 -1/2 quart every 5K miles), radiator (2018), expansion tank (2018), Stewart water pump (2014), OFHG at 76K miles (2012); endlinks (2015); plugs (2015), all shocks (KYB Excel-G in the front and Koni STR-T orange in the back 2015), shock tower reinforcement plate (2015), tires are Michelin pilot sport AS3 with 13K miles (2015), VCG (2017), windshield cowl (2017), upper power steering hose (2018), fresh power steering fluid (2018), battery (2015?), control arms and CABs (lemfoerder) (2016), oxygen sensor front bank 1 (2016), transmission and differential oil fluid replaced/ flush (2016), vapor barrier left driver door (2017), OEM rearview mirror with auto-diming (2017),

    • Comes with OBDII Ultraguage II (see below)
    • Angel eyes (Weisslichts 2011).
    • ZHP shift knob and a new center consols were installed about 3 years ago. The shift boot is leather and belonged to DW77 (the inside is dedicated and signed, a rare gem).
    • COmes with a second set of wheels (BMW) and winter tires ~4 years old, still have treads (forgot to mention that).

Exterior is in good shape, I have been on top of the paint maintenance. She has been outside for 2 months now. All the rubber is good, a bit of a warp on the left quarter panel (can be seen in the first pic below) from when I touched my sis car slowly backing out of the garage at -0.023 mph). There are a few door dings and scratches and one rust spot about ¼” rear wheel well (classic spot but under control ), back bumper has some scratches (as I backed into a pile of small rocks at -0.0145 mph).

Interior: leatherette is cracked on driver seat thigh bolster and arm rest, rear shelf is like we like it, blue , carpet clean, wood trim is perfectly clean and shiny, the C pillars are sagging and the headliner is split, glued, and now holds with those twisty pins. A-pillars were redone a long time ago, are faded but not sagging! Seats are powered, no heat and are the sports version (thigh extension, side bolsters). No rear pass-through and arm rest. To look more like her big sister, I did the red-needle mod and the silver rings in the cluster. I re-glued the little tabs in the cluster that allow for control of the clock last year. I did scratch the windshield (a little) when I removed the A-pillars to cover them.

Cons: the blinker does not make noise anymore but lights DO work, the temp gauge can sometimes be lazy or inaccurate hence the absolute need for the real time utragauge II OBD reader with properly set engine temp warning .

This is all I can think of, for now. I will probably edit this post as I remember things. Sad to let it go, sad indeed. I feel it is a great car that can go many more miles. Still pulls strong, and likes to be tickled above 3000 rpm, corners like it should. Clutch is good, tires (2 sets) are good, car is good! CDV delete FTW. I am selling it because I have bought another car.

Will post pics soon. Oh, and if my price is just plain wrong, please let me know. I know we are not supposed to discuss price on our cars so send me a PM.

Fresh oil in there this week! Help to close the deal ?

I'll wait another week or so before going to Craigslist. I can see why the Mafia is not so interested.

Dropped the price to $7K and added the winter tires and wheels (Duuuuh). Can't believe I forgot that!!!!
Could à boss edit the title to reflect the price drop?
Also removed the UUC moterwerks strut bar. I think folks here will perhaps appreciate it (will sell it).
