    What an interesting project, Charlie!

Can't wait to see what happens.

Derek, it's going to be a process for sure! Lots of elbow grease going into the old girl

Here she is showing her freckles... will be going away in October...

I'm posting the current state of my S4 because you all will see a transformation once I get started.... there will be lots going on with my S4 and I'm actually looking forward to getting started

The hood shock is toast which is why I was using my unbrella to keep the hood up. Will be sourcing a new hood shock from FCP Euro soon...

just looking at this engine bay and seeing the Y-pipe as dirty as it is makes me cringe but I know I will have this cleaned up...

    so dirrty....

even the headlight needs addressing so I will source the clear euro ones for my S4

the aluminum roof rails were weathered due to lack of TLC... well, that's gonna change...

    All Good Stuff Here!

Looks like a fun project and it’s always good to have a utility vehicle close by. I did a lot of transformations years ago. They can be very rewarding.

Oh wow Charlie! Sorry to see the ZHP go, (and what a way to keep it in the family!) but always loved this generation of A/S4.

Watch out for that Tiptronic, really the weak point in that drivetrain.

I feel bad I was complaining to you about upcoming maintenance for me....

Looking forward to watching this one evolve.

Very true Steve, but I can get another tip tranny for this car for relatively cheap if my tranny needs replacement then I can take my time and rebuild the OE tranny

Cool project, will be fun to see it progress!

Your thread inspired me to look at some cool 90's Audis in Europe. Got my eye on 1992 Ur-S4, 2.2L I5 with 220hp. Interesting car.
