    Been off the grid with work obligations. I dug up an old thread from E46Fanatics;

    From what I can gather, sport package and ZHP used two color codes; three green or three blue (as discussed above). However, three blue seems to be associated with manual coupes.

    The coupes are slightly lighter so possibly a tad less stiff of a spring? Just pulling stuff out of my behind though

    It does seem odd, the weight difference is small and why would auto vs manual matter?

    Auto boxes weigh more total no? Extra fan, oil cooling lines, etc.
