    2005 ZHP 6MT TAg Coupe Maine

    Very happy to finally get a ZHP after many years of biding my time. Getting ready to sell my 2002 325i sport package after 326K miles. I posted a WTB post and received a couple PM's. I was looking for a coupe with manual tranny, leather seats, and ZCW (cold weather). One was a 38K mile car with no winters and the second had 94K and run in the winter. The low mileage car had exterior cosmetic blemishes from city parking and was more than I wanted to spend. I went with the higher mileage car so that I had room in the budget to invest in maintenance items and a few upgrades.

    Here we are on the way home, stopped at Bavarian Autosport to get a bunch of goodies;

    The Alcantera wheel was all matted down and not to my liking, so I opted for a Coby leather wheel as well as shift knob, shift boot, and part brake boot.

    The old;

    First big project was getting the brakes upgraded to StopTech rotors, Brembo pads, and all new parking brake hardware. Also cleaned up the calipers and added a coat of paint;

    Needed to do some basic maintenance as well. Previous owner took care of oil filter housing gasket, valve cover gasket and new plugs, and the cooling system had a complete refresh. I focused on oil and filter change, fuel filter, and tranny fluid. I plan to do the rear diff as well;

    Broken/missing exhaust pipe bracket, likely rusted away. Easy fix.

    Ran Royal Purple in the 325i and she lasted well, so will repeat for this car;

    Private seller near Philly. He may have had it up on sites I was not aware of, so not sure if it was the same car you saw.
