    no, PASoft uses its own proprietary cable. the software itself can be found online for free but the cable is usually around $40.

    Okay, great. Thanks for all the help. To confirm, PASoft WILL diagnose and clear airbag codes? That's my primary need right now.

    Definitely. It can also tell you in layman's terms what's wrong which door has a fault which seed has the fault and let you just clear all the codes out and see if they come back.

    Sweet. Take a look at this, this should do the trick right? I see the disclaimer that it only works on xp, but there are just some modifications to do in the software correct?

    PA Soft absolutely does not 'require' XP. I've used it on every Windows version since then (except for Vista, 'cuz ain't nobody got time fo' dat); 7, 8/8.1, and Windows 10 all work fine with it.

    PM Tony - he can sell you one, and I believe can help you get it set up as well. Does anyone remember his username? I can't seem to get the right letters to pop up. lol
