I just formally joined the group after years of periodically visiting to pick up some nuggets. (Thanks Dane.)

I have driven my 2004 ZHP Cabrio pretty much every day since I picked it up in Munich in the summer of 2004. I'm told it was the first Cabrio ordered in the Midwest. Ordered it with GPS and HID's and both have performed flawlessly since Day 1. It is my 5th BMW and by far the best.

I look forward to sharing thoughts and experiences with other members of the group!

Thanks everyone for the thoughtful responses.

The car has about 107k on the clock.

Also, began having issues with the GPS a few months ago and was'nt looking forward to spending $700-800 for a new one. A friend mentioned that he had a similar issue and simply purchased new Nav DVD's which I did thru Ebay and Voila, the GPS is working perfectly again!

Hey, the context clues in the photos say the pictures were not taken in Indiana or anywhere else in the Midwest. My guess is you are now a retired snowbird living in South Florida during half the year. Is this correct? Not that there is anything wrong with that !!

Beautiful car. Glad you have joined the ZHP Mafia community.

You’re exactly right! Have had a place in Naples for a number of years and that is where this picture was taken. Spend most of the year in Carmel, a suburb of Indianapolis. (Hence the username.)
