Oui, s’il vous plaît.
Honestly I always forget about the TT, which is weird because I’ve always liked them. I was just talking yesterday with a friend who has a 370Z (fellow marketing nerd) about the new Supra and how we thought it really missed the mark for competitors from a brand/target market/pricing standpoint. Yet when thinking of other 2-door, 2-seat sports coupes like the Z/Cayman/“Supra” the TT totally slipped my mind.

yeah, it does that, likely because of the gimmicky styling (which i kinda like), and the fact that the MkI TT wasn't really that good, dynamically.
this newer one with the 3.2 VR6, 6MT with the crazy close ratios, mega brakes and MUCH more competent chassis - man, i really dug it. it sounded great and really wanted to rev, and to play. i definitely tossed it about and it definitely responded with "is that all you got?!"
i was surprised. except.... yes, the steering, especially at low speeds, is mega over-booted. i wonder if that can be remedied. it could in the older cars by just pulling the servotronic module. also, the interior is very audi - by that, i mean... lots of black mixed with lots of shiny metal or bits. the MkI interior was actually a lot better.
