Great upgrade for e46 chassis (plug and plug with some wiring needed) or replacement for e90, this mirror has a compass integrated on the top right of the mirror, also auto-dimming feature, and homelink for garage door opening. For my car specifically, I have an 04 330i Zhp, so depending on what car you have, but mines I just had to run two wires one positive(acc) and one negative(ground) the pin outs can be found in the forums.

whoa, can that mirror do temp readings too?

i think so not 100 percent on that, but i dont know how to activate it, when i used it, it showed the compass reading only, and it changes in real time

As far as I know, it is compass only.
