That is EAG’s m.o. as well. They show and market shop bills for $10k at their retail rates of $150 per hour and msrp for parts when they are paying $30 per hour for labor and buying the parts wholesale. It all goes to same bottom line, but optically makes buyers feel as though the are making less profit on the flip.
