What did you do for your ZHP/BMW today?

Looking for yet another replacement engine. The fourth one that I've received is not useable, as well. This is getting really old.

Are you looking for ZHP engines or regular 3L's ? If you absolutely want a ZHP engine you find a decent 3L and swap the cams later on...

Have all these companies refunded you for all costs ? Back-and-forth shipping, 4 installations (if you don't DIY) etc.

Will need to wash/clay/wax the ZHP later after classes. Huge MFEST & overall, BMW/Euro meet at a local plaza.
Ordered an MFEST windshield decal, not 'cause I've been to MFEST because I haven't. But because it'd be nice to meet random people who notice it
Dane, thanks for the BMWMafia.com decals. But I won't be putting those on....no offense but it just sounds corny or cheesy. I'd rather have something that is more specific, like ZHPMafia.com or just ZHPMafia.

You'll definitely catch some flack for having an mfest sticker since your car isn't an M.

my car is making a funny noise.. I am guessing one of the spark plugs backed out a few threads? Am I on point here?

It is almost like a squealing noise at certain rpms, except it isn't. The performance and everything is fine. It just sounds weird and louder at idle for some reason..

My ngk's are only 4 months old btw. Any other ideas? It's not a pulley, or tensioner, I know this for sure. And I also read to check my air box, that is also bueno!

well, after talking to Dalton and my cousin.. It seems like something might have fired my alternator bearings, or AC clutch.

DIY time this weekend. should be fun..
