    Respect the ZHP

Received the June 2019 issue of Roundel yesterday. Reading the "Letters" section..... on page 12 there's a short letter called "Respect the ZHP" where the author describes his car and then asks Roundel for "a feature article on this limited edition jewel"

I certainly don't recall ever seeing an article focused only on the ZHP in Roundel, but if someone remembers please let us know.... There was an article in January 2017 where someone compared the E36 M3 Sedan to the E46 ZHP sedan......

We'll have to watch in the future Roundel's to see if this guy gets his wish and we get some "Respect"

You might have to be a BMWCCA member to access the links, but worth a try

    Here's the January 2017 M3 vs ZHP article pages 68 to 72:

Thank you, sir. I was able to read the 2017 article in its entirety without being a BMWCCA member.

    Great, a pretty good read....

I also just read this from Carbuzz from March 2019..... makes us at least feel like we're on the right track owning a ZHP

I believe there have been some previous articles and/or write-ups about the ZHP amd ZHP mafia - may have been Bimmer Magazime instead of Roundel - will have to scour the archives

    Some good old stuff!

Traveling right now, but will check and see if i can find these at home -

Bimmer’s market updates were awesome - https://www.bimmer-mag.com/issues/14...91-2006?page=5 (although I agree that the optional leather makes them less special, I wonder how many would go back and opt for the cloth/alcantara - and wonder if the end assessment would be amended if the article was updated)

well based on that cover from issue 47!

I was reading a review yesterday and the author said he'd done a review the previous year in Bimmer - which would have been in 2017 as I recall

Thanks for all the links! I laughed when I saw that Roundel letter this month, having just read the 2017 article.

That 2016 model overview has some good info - and some bad too. The ZHP is a bit more than a 330 sport package with Alcantara.
