Unhappy Are e46 door armrests sold by themselves?

Well, let's add my boss to the list of people who have abused my poor car

He was attempting to load a (too) large PVC A-frame into the backseat of my car, and though it stuck out slightly, he slammed the door on it. I didn't realize it at the time, but it bent out the metal trim on one side and ripped the cover of the door armrest on the other side (passenger and driver's side, respectively).

Now I know I can find individual trim pieces, but what about the interior door armrest? I know it usually comes as part of the door card, but is it ever sold individually? I couldn't really find any good results on eBay, and couldn't find the correct piece on realoem.

Unknown buffoon 1: Overheated and damaged engine
Unknown buffoon 2: Screwed 2x4 wood into door frame
Mechanic 1: Installed broken fan shroud that destroyed new radiator
Mechanic 2: Installed wrong AC compressor which destroyed radiator hose
Boss: Shoe-horned large PCV object into backseat, damaging doors

I transported a reptile cage for my brother in my first ZHP and I damaged the rear arm rest like yours. I had an interior repair expert at the Audi dealer I worked for at that time fix it. Was damn near impossible to tell it was repaired

You can probably unbend the trim by working it from the backside (the aluminum peels off if you're careful and the armrest should be an easy junkyard grab

Cheers guys. I'll give that a shot!

Fredo, do you know of any decent Pick-A-Part places in the area? Have you visited the place on Congress Ave?

I'll give that a go too. Also, do you have any experience re-gluing them? I've tried JB Weld and Automotive 3M VHB tape, but both seem to give out after a week or so. Clamping and everything.

This stuff is my go-to for damn near any adhesive situation:

    E6000 230010 Craft Adhesive, 3.7 Fluid Ounces https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007TSYNG8..._trWlDb4S0ZVF4

Hell I've used it on my valve cover and it's still holding up great
