Does anyone know what this is? (part loose in trunk after head unit install)

I had a Dynavin N7 installed in my ZHP a couple months back and the shop kind of was a little sloppy.

I found the below loose in my trunk. Does anyone know what this is or goes to?

Pretty sure that's from another car lol

I've installed a few headunits and torn out every piece of the trunk and I don't recognize this
