E93 should I buy these painted bumper reflectors

Looking at pictures of my car in black and white, I would like to get rid of the orange side markers.

Should I buy these, get them elsewhere cheaper, or take mine out and vinyl wrap them or do something to them?

What do the good folks of the mafia do in this case?

I have them on my ZHP, but have tint overlays for the F22 & F30. Here in Virginia some owners have failed the annual state safety inspection with the painted lenses.

Well, I found some alternatives for like $21 on Amazon that are blackish looking.

Can help but think that the original color would look better but ~$100.

No check of any kind on vehicles in KY!

Yeah, there are smoked/blackish & clear/whitish reflector replacements available for the post-E9x cars on Amazon, eBay & Alibaba. Might look a bit better than amber, but it depends on the car's color.

Might as well grab a $5 square of dark tint or black vinyl and see if they come out ok wrapping them yourself. I like the idea of tint since they'd maintain some functionality at night.

^ yeah, I have an idea... we'll see if it looks good or bad. Thinking silver cube tape with some orange peaking through. Easily reversible if too ghetto.
