So the issue I am running into is that the local market does not understand this car, a post will be flooded with people saying (its 232km, rebuilt so its worth 3.5k usd max).

This being said, and with the details of my car and comparing them to BAT sales, i have priced the car at $6300 usd ($9k cad)

What background do you have on why the car was rebuilt?

rebuilt due to low speed (>15mph) parking lot collision with truck,mainly because of the trucks tow hook. That is all I know

You can't compare BAT prices with your car with rebuilt title, 7/10 quality (in seller's opinion), and outstanding needs (which leave an oily engine) ...Apples to oranges.

The rebuilt title alone, without full proof is worth $1500 deduction, maybe more.

I think your price is too much, but I can't put estimate on it without pictures.

+1, would definitely need to see pictures. Rebuilt plus the miles plus the overall condition seems at home with your local market ask.
