    3ZHPGUY’s M235i

Some of you know we picked this up last fall! It’s a 2016 M235i Vert, Sapphire Black with Black/Red interior!

Last week it went in for its first oil change at the dealer, since taking ownership. Today it came home with a new N55 engine and a complementary detailing because the tech forgot to fill the oil.

After driving it only a few miles, all seams good and we’re very impressed with the detail job! Note: it did get some machine paint correction and a triple coat of Griot’s Best of Show a few weeks before the mishap.

A few picks after the detail!

Love the color combo! This is literally the only car I’d seriously consider to replace my ZHP.

I still want to know how the tech forgets to fill the oil during an oil change...truly mind boggling.

Yeh, I hear you. It wasn’t my favorite transaction but, put up with it because of the car and color combo.

I’m guessing that person is now a “former tech.”

Nope! Monitory adjustments, is what I’ve heard.

That is a really pretty car indeed! A 6 cylinder engine with a turbo is it? Do you have the famous turbo lag thing at all?

The N55 engine is really good, I love it. Mine is running strong at 90k miles.

    3ZHPGUY’s M235i

Put a little over 100 miles on it since picking it up and everything’s normal! Can’t tell anything different from before the issue.

And a few picks from today’s destination, with one that could have qualified for that picture game challenge a few weeks back.

Glad to see everything worked out for you Guy! I know how it feels when things go totally wrong and not how you expect things to go.

It is good to see that dealer made things right by you Guy
