This is the right part for the whole diffuser. What I posted earlier was just the flap alone.

I paid $168 just over two years ago at the dealer, ECS has it for $134 right now.

Does ECS offer free shipping? I haven't gotten around to ordering hitch parts yet... Can't get myself to spend the money.

They currently are offering free shipping on that, yes.

Their dollar amount required and what constitutes an "oversized item" that they won't ship free changes all the time, so always check first.

Thought I'd add to this post - Tony's google album in the first page pretty much covers installation. For anyone wanting to do this to a facelift coupe with LED tails, you need to tap into the plugs going into each of the tail lights. I mapped this out with a multimetre, pinout is as follows:

Pin 7 - Ground (brown wire for reference)
    Pin 6 - Brakes
    Pin 5 - Lights
    Pin 3 - Signal

I mounted the converter on the right quarter panel behind this module:

I punctured a hole in the blank plug meant for PDC for the wiring:

Hitch mounted behind the bumper beam:

Got a chance to test it today, easier than I thought it'd be having never trailered before:

Like an idiot I didn’t order ahead of time to install at my convenience.

My clutch has officially started slipping, and I ned to do rear-end work. I was going to do all of it all at once. Clutch, rear suspension, Transmission, and Hitch. One huge project and boom done.

I’m going 1000mph right now. I will calm down and see if I want to wait for black friday, or if I should just go ahead and order.

    I can’t find the m-tech bumper.

gaahh someone help me. My K1200S is also giving me trouble *cries*

That one is for a touring which may or may not fit on a sedan or coupe. But keep your eyes peeled, there are deals to be had on ebay.de if you are fine with buying used. I picked up an OE one for 119 euros. Even with the 72 euros shipping, it was still far cheaper than from Schmiedmann

    You. Are. A. Genius.

It never even occurred to me, but Germany must have LOADS of these, and I'll have to pay international shipping anyway.

Brilliant. Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Nobody else buy one until I can lol, lest we outbid one another on German ebay.
