Are they going to code the shift lights to work as well? If I could find somewhere or someone to do it, then I'd be much more interested in an M3 cluster.

That's the plan When I get back from my trip I will reach out to Kassel Performance and find out what they will do assuming they will take my instrument cluster and reprogram it.

Very cool, I'm excited to hear their response. I'm sure it's possible, but whether or not the do it well is a difference.

I know of one Mafia member who has an OEM M3 instrument cluster in his supercharged ZHP so I know this can be done...

I contacted Kassel about this service and based off their response they gave me a while back they can’t program shift/warm up lights. If you had a different response Charlie please let me know, I’d love to get them working

I know this can be done... I will have to do more research but if Kassel can program my ZHPs VIN into the cluster that would be a start unless Botond can do his magic here....

I haven’t found a single person that can program it/knows how other than Terra who allegedly did it YEARS ago but that guy is a ghost now/doesn’t respond to messages.

Like Charlie said, it's definitely possible:

But yes, what exactly needs to be coded is a mystery.

Schmiedmann used to have an aftermarket one, but it is NLA.
