My friend's pump failed at 260k km. He replaced his pump with my old one, which had somewhere around ~200k km when I took it out

    My Mystic Adventure...

I go with 120k intervals based on when my M3's fuel pump had failed on me. Since I was taking my ZHP on another long-distance road trip today I did not want to leave it to chance so I swapped mine out yesterday

I'm on I-64 East heading to Norfolk when I decided to take a break from driving. Traffic sucked, especially just south of DC and I'm expecting the same parking lot when I hit the Hampton Bay tunnel. There are so many people in their vehicles today!!

Anyway... I snapped these pictures while chilling out at the rest stop

Thanks Jacob! It was a long day and I will be having more fun tomorrow for the week. Going out to sea for a week's vacation...

After finishing my trip to Norfolk and back, I stopped by the dealer this morning to schedule my GUIBO/CLB replacement for next Monday. I will also be replacing my oil level sensor and do another fresh oil change for the motor while the car is in for service.

I will also be taking my ZHP to Steve's shop in Mass to have my car properly wired up for bi-Xenon lighting. Looking forward to having awesome night time lighting again...

Apparently there is a Gen2 AutoSolutions SSK being built so I opted to have Ron build my ZHP his Gen2 SSK for it. I had a nice conversation with him where I told him how I drive my car and which kit would be best for my ZHP... especially when the day comes when I will be doing an S54 motor swap into blauzed.

Yep, Ronald is awesome to talk to. What's different in Gen2?
