Hmmm, maybe someone retrofitted M-Tech II, cube trim, all the ZHP extras. Possibly even painted the needles red, which is not an uncommon mod. It's really hard to say whether it's a ZHP or not. But you can get a 100% definite answer by just decoding the VIN

It has S767, but no A.

Oh that's weird, but could just be a minute difference in the option code or something with the VIN decoder... I think as long as it has the S767 it should be fine. I have a PDF of mine and it has the A.

Oh and fun fact, if it's truly a Canadian car it should have "L838A" which is noted as "NATIONAL VERSION CANADA"

M Sport is 338, so 767 is definitely a Performance Package car.

Hmm odd, I think there's some variation with different VIN decoders. I tried the one you had and it didn't show up, but this one does:

First and last line item in this screenshot show it being a Canadian ZHP:

EDIT: Oh wait... it is there on mdecoder but labeled "S838". I think given these inconsistencies in option codes it's more reliable to just compare the 3-digit number and forget the lettering prefix or suffix. Here's the one from my car:
