    It’s not a ZHP. RPMs are 6500 VS 6800.

It is in fact a ZHP but appears to have been imported into Canada, which may require the gauge cluster be changed. Looking at a VIN decoder, it has the Performance (ZHP) Package.

Gotcha, a bit misleading. All he said was he replaced the back light and the needles on the cluster.

I'm actually unsure now after reading through the comments in the auction. The seller states the car has been in Canada its whole life. Canada had their M-Sport equivalent of the ZHP that notably did not have orange needles and nor the hotter cams of the ZHP. I seem to remember M-Sport Canadian cars had a different code when their VINs were decoded, but now I'm not sure where I saw that.

Yeah, the Canadian cars are a bit different. But if it has S767A option when the VIN is decoded, it is a ZAM (Canadian ZHP)
2004 BMW 330CI ZHP (well, technically ZAM)

There was one that recently sold on e46 fanatics that literally had everything a zhp had, even the red needles, but the RPMs were only 6500 and it wasn’t a Zhp.
