    Mini Cooper TPMS resetting problem

I just bought the below listed sensors off a vendor on eBay after cross checking them with FCP Euro. Both FCP website and the eBay listing stated they would work with my fiancé’s 2009 Mini Clubman S. I had tire discounters install them and I put the wheels on the car today. Went on 3 separate drives attempting to reset/sync the sensors with no success. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Her OE 15 inch wheels and tires sync with her car no problem.

That's odd. What's the production date on the Mini ? The part # you listed applies to 09-01-2009 or later.

BTW, the ebay link shows it's not compatible:

I’m guessing it’s 11/08 based off the stamping on the plaque in the door.

Does that mean I need to utilize these then?

Gotta love when your model car has a split year for a part. What a joke, that’s beyond aggravating

    Thanks for the clarification

You bet. BTW, I replaced the TPMS sensors on my 2008 Saab some years ago. Discount Tire did that for me, I believe it was $180 OTD (parts and installation).
