Not mine.
Price is pretty high, but the car looks great and well maintained.

Bill, I recall you posted to WTB last year for that budget and the car seems to fit.

That thing is a beauty!
I am pretty sure they just sold an imola with 160ish for big money.
I don't think that price is unrealistic.
The ad is from Glen Shelly. They posted several ZHPs and m3 touring in the past.
2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe | Interlagous Blue | Maritime dash and console trim | 6MT

Yep, they have some clean cars...

Yeah, they asked almost the same price for the imola with 100K more miles on the odometer, which was ridiculous. Not sure how much they actually sold it though.
Nowdays, low mile, clean ZHPs are commanding a premium, so the asking price is actually quite reasonable (can't believe I said that).
There used to be ZHPs that would show up on Cars.com from a dealer (I think in St Louis?) Those cars were always nicely presented, well maintained/refreshed, and under 100k miles and priced around $19-25k. That was 2 years ago and I felt they were overpriced... haven't seen them lately, but the market seems to be catching up.
Glenshelly - The owner Alex is a columnist in the BMW CCA's Roundel magazine. I have read about his plane hanger quite a bit.
