Multimeter suggestion and replacing a fuse for ignition cranking

What multimeter do you suggest for our BMW cars? I read up online that the Innova 3320 is great for car at only $30. I have engine cranking issues where some times(each week) the second crank is required to get the engine started and I read up that it could be the fuse for the ignition starter \coil(replaced 2 years ago) that may need replacing. Is the fuse located under the hood or in the glovebox?

I have a 2005 330ci with BD53 Type. Do you have the part number and where I can get the fuse? I'm new to electrical work for my BMW but I thought I start to learn how to use a multimeter and read my BMW manual fuse charts now. Thanks.

I recommend spending real money on a multimeter, rather than getting some cheap junk from China.

I have a Hioki Multimeter very similar to this one:

The thing is fucking fabulous. It is a joy to use/abuse, and I’ve used it countless times since getting it.
