Rear Quarter Weather Trim DIY - ZHP Coupe

Hi all - this is a much discussed project but many of the links are dead. I'm trying to find, like many, a non-outrageously priced solution to replace the seals on the rear quarter windows.

Many threads reference a DIY from a defunct forum, including Lanister here on 10/5/13
    http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showt...pe-de-Lanister

The DIY for a less expensive replacement was at this now defunct link:
    http://m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=373831

Does anyone have a copy of that DIY by chance?

Edit: I did find a thread here that seemed solid - unsure if this was what existed at m3forum.net or not...

I have a PDF of the M3forum link one if you need it. It didn't let me attach it. Or I guess I could repost the entire contents into a DIY thread?

I suppose anything that would work would be awesome - or I could PM my email if nothing else -

Might as well so other people can find it. I hosted the pictures on here too.
