Surprised that a TiAg/Grey ZHP will sell for over $20k but then low mileage does help in resale if someone is looking for a well kept, clean low mileage example to own... goes to show how much someone will pay to have a low mileage E46 ZHP... good for the seller As for me I would rather have a higher mileage ZHP with the color combo and options I want than a car with an interior I can't stand... sorry, I too would pass on this one...

$20k seems fair, but they'll probably be able to find someone willing to pay more if they wait a bit.

1 of 26 is fairly rare, to me. Mine is silver gray, the most common color, so it's good that I like it! My coupe's nearly at 65k after being my daily driver since June. Killing it's value!!

My statement wasn't about the rarity. It was about the color combo itself.

Tongue was firmly in cheek! I love the car & didn't drive it at all last year. My other manual tranny/2-door is my 1974 2002tii. Got the ZHP with 59k this time of year in 2016 & have driven it daily since June. Seeing the crazy auctions with mileage lower than mine now.
Had a great PDR tech take care of a dent in the roof & rear quarter panel that came from the previous owner. It's up on all its maintenance. Will change the oil & brake fluid & put it to bed in a few weeks. Time to get the E39 530i back in circulation.
