    WTB: Rear View Mirror

    Hey all,

My rearview mirror is delaminating, making it distracting and difficult to see through. Does anyone have one they are looking to sell? I'm looking for Part #51167124708. Curious about price and shipping to 55119.

    Thanks!

I recommend upgrading to a e9x autodimming mirror, no more leak problems.

That's a great idea! Do you have a part number that I can reference?

I got an E90 autodim/homelink recessed grey clown nose rear view mirror for my ZHP and installed it. Everything works perfectly. Here is what the mirror looks like...

Here is the eBay link to get one:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/22464272169...wAAOSwjolhY09B

Cost for this mirror is $79.99 + $13 for shipping. A very good deal.

When installing this mirror be sure to have pins 4, 5, 6, and 7 depinned from the mirror wiring harness plug otherwise you may smoke your mirror. Chances are if you don't have BMW assist then these pins won't be used (depopulated) but be sure to check first. My ZHP came with BMW Assist and I had to depin these pins first before plugging and installing my E90 hidden compass/homelink autodim rear view mirror.

Love the idea of the compass and the look of the updated mirror, but I already have HomeLink and it would bother me to have it duplicated

If I already had homelink, as you do, I would get this mirror then buy a separate Microphone/sunroof switch panel w/o homelink to replace the current panel and go with this instead. Having the updated E90 rearview mirror w/ homelink would clean things up then you could use the homelink wiring for a radar detector hard wire

This is how I have my ZHP setup
