    BMW Assist With Bluetooth

My 2006 e46 convertible has the BMW Assist with Bluetooth option. I found the code with the paperwork for the car and was able to sync my phone - does it play music as well? I couldn't figure out how to do it. If it doesn't what is a good option for bluetooth for a car equipped with NAV and CD. Thanks HD

The BMW Bluetooth in your car is used for hands-free communication. You won't be able to stream music using this interface. There are a few choices to bluetooth stream music into your BMW. BlueBus is the best in my opinion because it is current and has support by it's developer. There is a delay however because of demand but it is worth the wait if you ask me.

There is a waiting list for BlueBus right now just so you're aware but it is worth the wait.
