Not mine. Needs work. From ad:

"I'm going to start with the good.
    * Clean TX title in my name
    * I've owned it for 5 years, no wrecks. Straight, solid, etc.
    * It comes with some good stuff on it:
    - Bilstein PSS coilovers
    - UUC swaybars
    - Vorshlag camber plates
    - Performance Gearing (Jim Blanton) 3.46 3 clutch LSD (worth the price of admission by itself)
    - Finned diff cover
    - Brass caliper guide bushings, stainless steel brake lines
    - Double shear selector rod for shifter, Turner rebuild kit w/ teflon bushings, etc
    - Rogue Engineering trans mounts
    - ECS aluminum water/power steering pulleys
    - Vorshlag poly motor mounts (uninstalled)
    - Afe intake
    - German Auto Solutions upgraded DISA kit
    - JB racing lightweight flywheel. I will include the Clutchmasters lightweight flywheel I had previously installed.
    - BMW Style 216s installed with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500(255/35/18) with about ~10k miles on them
    - Set of 18x9 Dforce LTW wheels in anthracite. Have a shot set of RE71s mounted on them.
    - Bimmerworld dual fuel pump setup
    - Turner Motorsports rear camber arms(w/ poly)
    - Pretty sure it has a Borla catback. I forget the brand though.
    - Includes whatever other spares I have for the E46... new dead pedal (current one is cracked), new clear side markers, some other misc stuff.

Now to the bad. I'll try to be as forthcoming as possible. I want you know what you are buying and this will explain the price:
    - Up first is why I am getting rid of the car.... There is a fuel leak. It is leaking from the fuel return hose at the rubber-to-brass interface near the fuel pump(under the back seat). It leaks a lot. The car will need to be towed/trailered away. I don't have the time or energy to fix it and I already have 2 other project cars. The repair will require dropping the tank.
    - The clear coat is peeling on the hood/roof. The paint in general is not in great condition. Plenty of scuffs, rock chips, door dings, etc. There is a decent hand-size dent on the left rear quarter panel. Easily PDRed for ~$100. This was my daily driver for 5 years, so it shows like that.
    - I don't know if you have ever driven a BMW with a lightweight flywheel and OEM clutch... but it is kind of obnoxious. BMW uses a dual mass flywheel from the factory because the OEM clutch does not have a sprung disk to dampen gear lash/vibrations. Because I installed the lightweight flywheel with an OEM clutch, when you come to a stop and have the clutch out, the gear lash is pretty loud. It sounds like you have a tin can full of marbles under the car.
    - 2nd gear synchros are a little worn. No grinds, but you can hear them whirring a bit.
    - The oil pan gasket is leaking. It doesn't NEED to be fixed... but you will need to add a solid quart or two between oil changes. Pretty common E46 3er problem.
    - I used this as a track car for a little while, so I installed the Bimmerworld dual pump kit, as the stock single pump would fuel starve on track if you got below a half tank. The kit works great EXCEPT the fuel gauge reads incorrectly now. It only goes between 1/4 and 3/4 now. So 1/4 = empty, 3/4 = full.
    - OEM clutch could probably stand to be replaced. It isn't slipping, but there is a bit of chatter when taking off from a standing start.
    - There is a freon leak in the AC system. I have to recharge it every 6-8 months.
    - Misc interior stuff. Tear in the driver's side bolster. Some of the soft-touch stuff is melted. Etc.
    - Car is kind of low so the front lip is scraped up.

That about covers it. This was a good track car for about half a season(~3 events) and a solid daily for ~5 years. Never wrecked. Would make a great project car for someone... Definitely would be perfect as a starter platform for a track car or drift car. Or just part it out and scrap it.

To reiterate, the car will need to be towed or trailered away. I cannot in good conscience let someone drive it with the fuel leak. You'll likely pass out."

If he’s honest about the condition, then it’s a good deal!
