    Reputable Ohio Repair Shops?

Anyone know of any good mechanical BMW repair shops and body shops near Cincinnati? This car is piling up in costs, I have a feeling my grand total for restoration is going to come in around $25k (includes the 13kish I have in it past few months) Trying to get multiple quotes for body and mechanics.

Check with The BMW Store to see what bodyshop they recommend. https://www.bmwstore.com/

Hopefully someone local can make a referral for you. You can find indy shops at https://www.bimrs.org/ & https://www.bimmershops.com/

Jason Kramb is the Buckeye Chapter governor for BMW CCA in the Cincy area - cincinnati@buckeyebmwcca.org Perhaps he has some ideas for you.

    Good luck!

My Indy is VERY good but doesn’t do body work. I can touch base with him and see if he’s okay with me forwarding a contact number. Lmk

Sure, that would be great! I brought it to E-AG, they gave me quiet the extensive estimate, wanted to shop around a bit before I jumped into anything.

I’ll text him tomorrow and report back what he says. Can you send me a list of what all you need done?

I responded back with not good news, sorry.

When I lived in Louisville (I know, it’s not Cincinnati) I used Stein Automotive for a few things and they seemed pretty good.

There’s a shop very close to my house here in KY that does Mini Coopers and BMWs mostly called Bavarian Motors but I have never used them.
