It's interesting to hear your guys' take on this one. I had similar thoughts about all the issues that needed to be addressed that are seemingly minor... But there are so many unaddressed items that it adds up to tell a story of lack of care over the years. If the cosmetics were neglected to this degree then you can only assume there wasn't much preventative maintenance happening.
I don't know if it's inexperience or what, but it seems like it would be common sense to do some basic prep before putting a car up on BAT. Either the guy just doesn't care, or has no idea how all those small things will make a large impact the final sale price.
This car reminds me of the IR/NB vert that sold not too long ago that had similar cosmetic issues.
