Part the front wheel arch trim mounts to

I'm having a hell of a time finding the plastic part the front wheel arch trim mounts to, b/c mine is and always has been destroyed.
The front wheel arch trim looks like this:

Checking the catalog, I've gone through what I think is all the diagrams/schematics, but for the life of me I can't find the part numbers:

Didn't match the part # exactly, but this came up and looks right.

And it looks discontinued. Wonderful.

Goddamn. This part was so difficult to find from the diagrams. YES!
