    It's your car and you got to do what you got to do. Main thing is you get those hard coolant pipes replaced

    Just don't cheap out here and get the Genuine OEM BMW part when you replace those coolant hard pipes. Do it right when you do this so you don't have to revisit this later.

    How many hours of work realistically is it to put in both pipes, just that labor? I know it takes another while to flush out the coolant after that....

    Replaced both, thank God i did, they were both almost disintegrated, nice cheap plastic in there, shocked it lasted this long... Sooner or later I'll have a brand new car besides the engine and tranny under the hood.
