03 ZHP, 6MT sedan, Silvergrey/Alcantara, 98k miles, Eastern PA

Never thought I'd be posting this but, it's time to part with my ZHP. Some details...

03 Sedan, 6MT, Silvergrey/Altantara, 98k miles, I'm in Eastern PA, 45miles north of Phila.
Produced 3/03, I bought it 6/03 @3,300mi from Otto's BMW
I have every service record since the day it was made (a couple hundred pages)

Before you get too excited, I'll list the issues:
the clear on the roof, passenger C-pillar and the lip spoiler is starting to peel. It's prob a $1500-$2000 fix
Driver rear jack point needs attention; it was soft and a shop pushed it into the sill. Needs tires.
Ding in the nose of the hood, between the grilles, ding on the rear pass quarter, in front of taillight.
Prob needs front wheel bearings soon.

Options/interesting stuff:

BMW rear (manual) sunshade
BMW side (rear) window sunshades+storage bag
BMW aux 8L fuel canister (fits inside the spare tire)
M Performance rotors (F+R), an extra set of new ones is included (NLA for years)
M Performance CAI/Intake w/ extra WIX filter
M3 strut bar
M3 steering wheel (tri-stitch)
M3 deadpedal
Matt chrome interior trim (set of black cube included)
TMS underdrive pulley set
GAS DISA (w/ titanium screw)
Stewart water pump
TripleZ 3 gauge set (VDO) w/ Altantara panel
Both airbag recalls done (repeatedly, lol)
Redline fluids in diff and gearbox, militant about oil changes.
Bixenon retrofit w/ Osram Nighbreaker Ultimate bulbs (was a halogen car)
Clear corners and tails (LED ones, also have a set of OEM/Hella clear outer tails, included)
Style 135 wheels are mint, a set of style 87 (I think, 17in coupe/vert wheels w/ Conti snows included)

Maintenance is current, lots and LOTS of stuff has been replaced, off the top of my head:
FCABs and control arms (correct M/Lemforder with solid ball joints)
Rear shocks and springs (correct height Losjofer)
Recent VCG, Viton OFHG (NLA), NGK plugs, most rad hoses, expansion tank and cap
Rear passenger window regulator is recent
Fuel filter and both intake boots are recent, MAF is new (correct OEM VDO)
Pre-cat o2 sensors just done, a pair of post-cat are included (Bosch)
Secondary air hoses (have a new Piergurg valve in the box)
Rear passenger ABS sensor is recent (Bosch or Hella)
New: F+R Pagid pads, Whaler thermostat, Hella oil sensor, Lemforder RTABs/limiters/links. (in boxes, all included)

I could probably fix the clear and throw it on BaT or Cars/Bids or whatever, but I just don't have the time to deal with it and all of the inevitable questions and whatnot. I have hundreds of pages of records, the window sticker, all books/manuals (inc the DVD), all keys, and a ZHP press kit.

What's a fair price, given the condition mentioned and the options/goodies it has?

Curious to see how bad the rust is on the jack pad. That is the deciding factor

Completely missed the rust piece. Was reading quickly.
Post some pictures of the car and undercarriage. If rust is bad, then my estimate is wrong.
