Third time may be a charm, well let's hope! Had to remove card door again this time did more of the butyl tape (entire) bottom of vapor barrier.
Also realigned the angel eyes and cleaned the area hard.

Finally driving clunk-free again! I had indy guy put in new control arms (lemfoerder) $730 at 105,400 miles. The FCABs are new so things are tight. Guy does not understand why both inner ball joints had a lot of play (up and down) and were shot. These only lasted about 40K miles ~5 years.
Went to another indy shop before that, and the guy diagnosed both control arms and a new steering rack!
I walked away politely and will never go back to him.

Glad you got it solved (and found a good shop).

"ZHP is a garbage option anyway- just some cosmetic upgrades with a different cam and diff to claw back some of the performance lost fitting those hideous and heavy wheels. Any 330 with a 3.46 diff will smoke a ZHP every time. The whole Mafia thing reeks of childish behavior." - anonymous
As I was resetting the time this weekend, moving the clock back 10 hours and 50,...51,...52,..53, 54,55 minutes, I felt a crunch at the tip of my finger.
Now my clock can no longer be changed and worst yet, it is behind by 5 minutes!
Aaaaarghhhhh.
I need to get in there and re-glue something I bet. Probably broke a cogwheel or something.
