Schwaben 5/8" Extended Spark Plug Socket, 3/8" drive (Magnetic Center)

I bought this a few months ago when I discovered that my spark plug wrench had disappeared from my toolkit in the trunk.

I adore it. It is a solid tool. It makes changes spark plugs so easy. Installation and removal of spark plugs is very simple and the stress of your plug falling out is gone. The magnetic center really simplifies the process and you don't have to worry about the spark plug falling out and dropping into your engine bay somewhere.

I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new spark plug socket.

Neat! Is the stock BMW tool magnetic as well? If not, that sounds like reason enough to buy this.

I always just unscrew and use my magnetic tool to pick up and then a reverse install. This seems like a much easier method and really the right tool for the job.

I use a length of vacuum hose to get the spark plug out after I loosen it. Same for installing a new one.

    Sent from my GS3.
