That honestly sounds too cheap. Does the SMG to 6MT conversion lower the resale? I’d think it would raise resale.

$10k around here will get you a beat ass, SMG, TiAg vert with grey interior.

I think it needs some cosmetic things , like is missing the clip where the headlight washer comes out

Lowers value, because it is no longer original and has been significantly modified from stock. With that, the risk of them not doing the job properly is introduced, or at least the uncertainty of it.

The M badge in the grill and the bimmian-esque stripes on the side skirts would make me exercise caution. I don't know why, I just do.
However, as BP said you could argue that the value has been lowered now that it isn't original. Sucks for a seller, but is great so the guy who just wants to enjoy a 6-speed.
