    i've got ZHP coupe springs on the Touring.... the front is definitely lower than a ZHP sedan.

    No - it's not that much higher in the rear. It's like the newer springs haven't settled as much as the original front springs, so the rears are a tad higher.

    The car's design is a bit of an optical illusion, and that last image you posted is a good example; Using the curb as a reference you can see the rocker is probably an inch higher in the rear, but the rear wheel arch is lower than the front. (Both lines in the photo below are parallel with the curb beyond.)

    Looking at the unedited photo though, my eye follows the the body lines, which definitely rake up toward the rear. I don't really perceive the wheel arch height difference... Maybe it's just me. I'll have to get a good side shot of my car on level ground and compare it to others.
