The DME is the computer that manages the engine functions.
Getting the latest DME programming (or going with the Shark or similar DME tunes) resets changes the tolerances so that the o2 error is not triggered so easily.
There is most likely nothing wrong with your o2 sensors. The present DME just has the tolerances essentially too sensitive.
At least that's my understanding.

i'd be lying if i said i knew what you were talking about or if i knew what i should do at this point .. @_@
Basically, you need to bring your car to either an indie mechanic or dealer and get the latest software for your DME.
Your other option is to purchase and install the Shark Injector or similar DME tune.
Either of those options will most likely solve your CEL issue.
Also moved this over to Mechanical/Trouble shooting.

There should be an option to reset adaptations values in INPA, lambda in particular.
Heck, do them all. I was told reverse order works best.

There was a button to reset all at once so that's what I did. Should I reset ses light as well or will it go away by itself. It has come on and off in the past and has been off for a while but then came back mothers day.
It's finally time to settle down,
