    Sorry for the delayed response-

Yes, I used them. No problems and very happy with the end result.

The firmware upgrade solved my freezing screen issue, the maps are updated and accurate, and I got the new welcome screen (which you can apparently program yourself with info readily available on the net).

    Droid X. Tapatalk. Use it.

    how to enable perspective mode?

I just upgraded to V32 (the unmodded version) and purchased one of those Tele Atlas burns (2011.1) for my maps. Instantly things look better as maps are now anti-aliased, etc.

How do you enable the perspective mode though? I don't see the option.

    Thanks.

    From my review thread:

For those with nav, I learned about some things I didn't know while doing the upgrade, specifically the existence of a service menu for the nav system.

To access it, go to the Menu screen, select settings, and then press and hold menu for 6-8 seconds. The service screen will now be displayed.

There are some options for sensor check, wheel sensor, GPS satellites, and gyro.

This menu is also where you enable the perspective view.
