Please help me choose my HID's! I'm not sure whether I want 6000k or 8000k low beam. I'm also debating between getting 3000k fogs or matching them to the headlights.

Aw, what's wrong with 4300k? You'll get a LOT more light output from them...

I'm a fan of 4300k. It's the light output that BMW uses in the headlight (Xenon). Most closely resembles midday sunlight.
