Appears to be Mystic Blue and to have new tires. Seller is one of those small indie used car dealers.
I've not been there nor can I vouch for the seller but if any of you get serious, they're somewhat nearby and I'll go have a look on your behalf. (And by serious, let's define that as you are ready, willing, & able to buy, barring any unforeseen problems with the car itself.)
