Cleaning inside door panels?

What can I use to clean the area around the door handle on the inside? I believe it is plastic not sure just want to confirm. Its starting to get grey where the side of my hand rest while opening the door.

^^ +2. 303 is one of the few detailing supplies I could never live without. It is so versatile and works really well. the only thing I don't' like it on is leather seats. Other than that pretty much anything goes.

I'm hugely loyal to Griot's interior cleaner. Which is great on plastic, vinyl, and is also by far my fave leather cleaner.

But game to try 303. Who makes and where do I buy?

Griot's interior cleaner works well on most any surface, door cards included.
