Why do people say that the East Cost demands a premium over the West Coast for pricing of bmws and/or zhps? Just Curious from the Bay Area here.

East coast zhps are typically $1500 to $2000 higher.

Just how things happened, more zhps sold an locate on west coast thus more supply yet same demand so price is assumed to be lower. What you can do is buy a crap ton of zhps and then move them all to the east coast and hopefully that'll lower prices for other buyers

Looks well maintained. Has had regular oil changes. Looks good.

I need to add some window regulator notes to the document linked above, or maybe more appropriately to one of the other docs linked within.

If you hear popping sounds coming from a window while it's going up or down, plan on replacing a regulator. It's quite easy to DIY in warm weather, when the adhesive on the inner door panel moisture barrier is pliable.
